Main Responsibilities:

Perform general admin tasks, such as preparing letters, email, emails, memos and reports

Manage routine and complex inquires and provide administrative support across departments and

Filling, updating and organizing filling system and facilitate the flow of information via mails, memos,

Faxes
Main Requirements:

Bachelor Degree, max 27 years old

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Able to use computer, MS Office

Female preferably
-
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin is an advantage
