Main Responsibilities:

• Perform general admin tasks, such as preparing letters, email, emails, memos and reports

• Manage routine and complex inquires and provide administrative support across departments and

• Management

• Filling, updating and organizing filling system and facilitate the flow of information via mails, memos,

• Faxes

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, max 27 years old

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Able to use computer, MS Office

• Female preferably

• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin is an advantage
