LOWONGAN KERJA SHIPMANAGEMENT MANAGER / TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT / PORT CAPTAIN
A reputed group involved in Ship owning and Shipping Services with ISM compliance requires honest and qualified candidates who are mentally strong, having determined spirit and high dedication and who will place loyalty, quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness as top priorities when performing their duties, for the following positions in its Shipmanagement Division in Jakarta :
SHIPMANAGEMENT MANAGER
Responsible for management of the full spectrum of the ship management function and services. Reporting to the Managing Director and Working closely with the Finance Manager, Operation Manager, HRD and Crew Manager as well as Marine/Technical Superintendent and Officer on board. Should be fully conversant with the ISM Codes and IMO and State Control regulations/conventions. Well qualified with minimum five years experience as Manager of reputed Shipmanagement Company
TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Candidates must have a Chief Engineer’s Certificate (ATT1 or equivalent) with minimum 8 years sea service of which 2 years working experience in the rank of Chief Engineer; or a Second Engineer’s Certificate (ATT1 or ATT2) with minimum 8 years sea service of which 4 years working experience in the rank of Second Engineer.
PORT CAPTAIN
Candidates must have a Master’s Certificate (ANT or equivalent) with minimum 8 years sea service of which 2 years in the rank of Master; or a Chief Officer’s Certificate (ANT1 or ANT2) with minimum 8 years sea service of wich 4 years in the rank of Chief Officer.
For all position: Candidates should be computer literate, good spoken & written English & Bahasa Indonesia, excellent communication & interpersonal skill, leadership quality, initiative & drive, excellent health, pleasing personality, be willing to travel and if necessary sail on ships when required.
