Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources
- High degree of self-initiative
- Well organized and able to prioritize various topics
- Detailed and careful working attitude
- Customer Focused – Strong service mentality to serve our customers
- Strong character, multitasking person and able to work under pressure
- Having vision to develop organization and intention to develop continuous improvement
- Able to negotiate and discuss critical HR topics with Management
- Able to communicate on all hierarchy levels
